Taiken Jo

Our Director, Taiken Jo, has been specializing in the field of reproductive endocrinology for over fifteen years. He has helped hunderds of couples on their path to fertility. He is also the author of the best selling book (in Japanese) "Enhance Your Fertlity by Warming".

He is experienced in both Chinese and Japanese traditional medicines and, because of his unique background and approach to fertililty, has helped many who have in the past shown little or no response to “traditional acupuncture” or other medical treatments.

His style of acupuncture acknowledges the inherent characteristics, health problems, disease tendencies, strengths and weaknesses of each individual. He also stresses the importance of "fertile mind and spirit". He has receiving training at The Domar Center for Mind/Body Health  in Boston, Massachusetts, and believes that emotional well-being has a powerful effect on physical health.

Taiken constructs a personalized therapy program for each of his patients, weaving each of his therapeutic disciplines together to form a better healing regime. All of Taiken's methods are drug free and based on amalgamations of the best of Western medical analysis with the most effective areas of acupuncture.

Prior to his medical training, Taiken graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California.
