FAQ

Is acupuncture covered by medical insurance? (also about national health insurance)

About foreign insurances (Bupa, Signa, Blueshields etc)

Acupuncture is recognized by most expat or foreign medical insurance carriers. Many group plans offered through expat employment include acupuncture as a covered benefit.   Some carriers require you to be referred by a medical doctor inorder to be reimbursed. Your representative should be able to confirm your coverage. In most cases, the paper work is very easy and shouldn't be much difficulty in filling them out. At the end of the treatment, when you send all the receipts that are issued from us to your carrier, you should get your money reimbursed.
